Please take a moment to read our policies before booking. These are in place to keep things fair, consistent and professional for every client.
Deposit
All lash appointments must be booked in advance. A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.
Preparation
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and remove all eye makeup before your treatment.
Late arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid delays for other clients, and full service charges may still apply. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Deposits are strictly non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled once with 48 hours' notice or more. Rescheduling, cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
No-shows
Clients who do not cancel or do not show up for their appointment may not be offered another booking in the future.
Infills
Infills must be booked within 4 weeks of your full set. At least 40–50% of lashes must remain for an infill, otherwise it will be charged as a full set.
Corrections
If you experience an issue due to our application, we offer a complimentary correction appointment within 3 days of your original treatment.
Please note: corrections are only carried out to fix application issues within 3 days (e.g. retention or placement). We do not change lash style or offer a new set in place of a correction.
Your satisfaction is important to us, so we kindly ask that you check your lashes before leaving the studio. We are unable to offer adjustments once you have left.
Allergic reactions & refunds
If a client experiences an allergic reaction following the treatment, the client must contact the studio as soon as possible and return to the salon/studio so the reaction can be assessed in person. A maximum refund of 50% of the treatment cost may be considered after assessment. Full refunds will not be given.
Please note: small bumps or irritation along the lash line are not considered an allergic reaction and do not qualify for a refund. Refund requests made only through text messages, or without an in-person assessment, will not be accepted. The studio reserves the right to refuse a refund if sufficient evidence of the reaction cannot be provided.
If a refund is requested, the treatment must be removed. Lash extensions must be removed, and lash lifts must be professionally reversed or straightened, before any refund can be considered.
Lash lift — patch test
A patch test is available for £5.00 and is recommended 24 hours before your appointment. If you proceed with your lash lift appointment, the £5.00 patch test fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
Lash lift — declining a patch test
Clients who choose not to have a patch test must sign our consent and waiver form. By declining a patch test, the client acknowledges and accepts the risk of a possible allergic reaction. In the event of an allergic reaction, the salon/studio will not be held responsible for any reactions occurring after the treatment.
Photography
Before and after photographs of the eye area will be taken for treatment records. These photographs are taken solely for documentation and proof of results. Images will not be shared on social media or used for marketing purposes without the client's permission. The photographs may be used as evidence in the event of a complaint, dispute, or refund request.
Our aim is to deliver consistent, high-quality results while maintaining fairness and professionalism for every client. Thank you for your understanding, and for trusting us with your lashes.
